Hon. Bernard K. Membe (MP) (right), Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation greets Mr. Kamalesh Sharma, Commonwealth Secretary-General today in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Hon. Minister Membe is in Sri Lanka to participate at the Foreign Minister's Meeting which begins tomorrow 13-14 November, 2013. The Commonwealth Leaders are scheduled to meet on the 15th through 17th November.

Minister Membe also met with Ms. Mmasekgoa Masire-Mwamba, the Commonwealth Deputy Secretary-General.
