It seems it is not! Passers-by help to quell a scuffle between a bicycle rider and a ‘bajaji’ operator. The cyclist (second right) was furious after the ‘bajaji’ driver (left) nearly knocked him while driving along New Bagamoyo Road at Regent Estate in Dar es Salaam.
