Mrs Obi Ofoegbu struggled with obesity. To get out of bed in the morning became such a chore that she preferred to spend almost all of her time alone in the house, mostly lying on her bed. Walking short distances resulted in pains that spread across her entire body. A mocking voice continued to torment her each time she attempted to go to any public place.
