Mr. David Martin, the Head of European Union’s election observers team to Tanzania and also a Scotland’s senior Member of European Parliament presents to Hon. Anne Makinda, Speaker of the Parliament of Tanzania, the EU observers’ report for the Tanzania General Election 2010 at the Speaker’s Board Room in Dodoma today. Mr. Martin was accompanied by European Union Delegation to Tanzania and British High Commissioner to Tanzania Madam Diane Corner.
